Single application Heavy duty primer & top coat

IT-2519 is a two part, moisture-cure, high build, and advance Acrylic Polyurethane and self-priming metallic coating. It has unique metallic fillers, anti-corrosive and moisture cure formulation, which after application begins to cure by pulling moisture at the molecular level as well as microscopically swelling into the individual pores of the surface, as it hardens. This process seals the surface against any possibility of air, moisture, or minerals attacking the surface which causes further corrosion.

Dry Waxy Anti-Corrosion Coating

IT-2590 is a high performance wax based rust preventative. The protective film, after solvent evaporation, is highly resistant to high humidity and salt atmospheres. It is particularly useful for long-term outdoor storage applications or for protection of the finely machined metal surfaces such as tools, dies, moulds, including plastic injection moulds, spare parts, machines etc. against corrosion during storage and transport.

IT-2591 is a high performance thixotropic anti-corrosion protective coating. The protective film, after solvent evaporation, is highly resistant to high humidity and salt atmospheres. Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating

IT-2593, a high performance anti-corrosion coating designed for protection of the components stored outdoors, provides an excellent protection to metal substrates. It leaves wax-like film which is flexible and non-migratory. The coating can be removed with any mineral spirits or alkaline cleaners such as Ultrachem Degreaser. A film thickness of at least 50-70 microns is recommended for protection of parts in uncovered outdoor storage. IT-2593 can be applied by dipping brushing or spraying.

The coating can be removed with any mineral spirits or alkaline cleaners such as Ultrachem degreaser. A film thickness of at least 50-70 microns is recommended for protection of parts in uncovered outdoor storage. IT-2597 can be applied by dipping brushing or spraying
